With our new Payment Portal, you can review current invoices, review payment history, schedule payments and pay by ACH or credit card.

How do I log into the portal?

To log into the portal, please visit our website.

How will I know when my bill is available?

You will receive an email notification when your invoices are available.

Will I be trained on how to use the portal? When?

The portal is very user friendly, but feel free to contact arbilltrust@rjschinner.com with any questions.

How do I get access to the online billing portal?

You can access the billing portal by visiting our website or by using the enrollment token at the bottom of your most recent invoice.

Who will receive the invoice?

The email will be sent to the same contact currently receiving invoices. If changes are needed, please contact your AR Representative.

Can multiple people have authority to log into the portal?

Yes.

Will the new portal change how our invoices look?

We have customized the new invoices to be very similar to our current invoices.

Can we pay online?

Yes! You can pay using your bank account (ACH) or your credit card with a surcharge fee.

Do we have to pay online?

Online payment is not mandatory, but we highly encourage you to pay your invoices online.

Can I print my electronic invoices on the portal?

Yes, the portal allows you to view and print any invoices.

How long will my records be available on the online portal?

A new or current bill will be stored for viewing for one year.

Will the invoice be attached to the email notification?

Yes, the invoice will be attached to the email notification.
