The 2025 RJ Schinner Journeys incentive program concluded with an unforgettable weeklong trip to the stunning Sandals Dunn’s River Resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, bringing customers, suppliers, and the RJ Schinner team together for seven incredible days.
Just months earlier the future of the trip was uncertain, as on October 28, Hurricane Melissa struck Jamaica with devastating 185-mph winders, damaging homes, hospitals, and critical infrastructure across the island. Despite the challenges, Sandals Dunn’s River demonstrated remarkable resilience, reopening in early December with its pools, restaurants, and beach fully operational, allowing the Journeys group every opportunity to enjoy the resort while growing our working partnership.
Grateful for the opportunity to experience the island and its people, RJ Schinner sought to give back to their host country by partnering with Project HOPE, a global health and humanitarian organization. The effort began with a RJ Schinner corporate donation, with guests also invited to contribute toward the shared goal of supporting Jamaica’s continued recovery.
The warmth and hospitality of the island, the resort staff and the local community made the trip truly memorable and left a lasting impression on everyone who attended.
